The official Terraria 1.4.5 update introduces a crossover with Palworld, integrating several iconic creatures from the Palpagos Islands into the 2D environment. Familiar companions like Cattiva, Foxparks, and Digtoise function as unique summon items that assist with combat and resource gathering. These entities provide functional utility, such as Digtoise's ability to mine blocks and Foxparks' dual use as a handheld flamethrower. The collaboration also includes themed vanity gear and Pal Metal armor to further reflect the crossover’s aesthetic within the game's progression.
Consumables
Huge Dragon Egg
The Huge Dragon Egg is a consumable grab bag item found throughout the Underground and Caverns layers. Activating the egg while it is in the inventory grants either a Chillet or a Chillet Ignis Pal. This item is consumed upon use.
Mounts
Chillet
Chillet is a mount obtained from Huge Dragon Eggs. It uses a dash that deals 35 damage to multiple targets while granting the rider total immunity to contact damage. This ability is particularly effective for navigating boss fights against Skeletron or the Queen Bee, though the character must face the direction of the dash to ensure full distance and ramming power. If performed while facing the opposite direction, the dash becomes significantly shorter and loses its offensive impact.
Chillet Ignis
Chillet Ignis is a mount obtained from Huge Dragon Eggs and is the pink variant of Chillet.
Pets
Digtoise
Digtoise is a pre-Hardmode pet-summoning item obtained by mining in the Underground Desert. It digs through blocks in the direction of the cursor, clearing a 3x1 horizontal path downward or a 1x3 vertical path to the side.
Weapons
Cattiva
Cattiva is a summon weapon that breaks blocks hit by a pickaxe. It spawns rarely on grass, jungle, or snow in the outer quarters of the world and is detectable by the Lifeform Analyzer. Spawning is restricted if a distressed Cattiva or Foxparks is already active. Cattiva wears sunglasses whenever the player has them equipped.
Foxparks
Foxparks is a summon weapon that functions as a flamethrower, dealing summon damage without requiring mana or gel. The entity is found distressed in the outer quarters of the world on grass, jungle, or snow blocks and is detectable by the Lifeform Analyzer. It has a lower spawn rate than Cattiva and will not appear if another distressed Foxparks or Cattiva is already present. While Water Candles and Battle Potions increase their appearance rate, only one can be active at once, as right-clicking activates the flame attack instead of a second summon.
Vanity
Pal Metal Chestplate
The Pal Metal Chestplate is a vanity item that is part of the Palworld crossover.
Pal Metal Leggings
The Pal Metal Leggings is a vanity item that is part of the Palworld crossover.
