Terraria servers set up with TShock can modify various world settings to customize their games further. By disabling biome spreading, players can enjoy a more relaxed experience once their world enters Hardmode, where typically biomes such as the corruption, crimson, or hallow will begin to spread to other tiles.
Requirement: TShock must be installed on the server. Learn how to here.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Under the Config Files tab, select T-Shock Config.
4. Navigate to the AllowBiomeCreep settings.
5. Change the value for the desired biome to false to disable spreading.
Note: Be cautious when restricting Hallow creep, as it may become more challenging to acquire endgame resources.
6. Once finished editing, choose Save.
7. Start the server.
