Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord servers allow the use of bots across all available game modes, with some modes, such as captain, feeling significantly more immersive with their inclusion. Bots can provide an easy way to get a server started quickly, as the rounds can begin and run smoothly even with a few players connected. Bots are also an excellent way for new players to get accustomed to controls and the overall feel of the game before competing against human opponents.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Choose the Config Files dropdown menu and select Server Config.
4. Navigate to the NumberOfBotsTeam1 and NumberOfBotsTeam2 lines.
Note: If not present, the lines can be added manually.
5. Adjust the values as desired.
6. For the Captain game mode, bot formation sizes can be adjusted by using NumberOfBotsPerFormation [Value].
7. Once finished editing, choose Save.
8. Start the server.
