Smalland: Survive the Wilds has many mechanics commonly found in other survival games such as losing inventory on death. While this penalty forces players to be more cautious, it can also punish new players. By removing this penalty, players can explore the forest with less fear. When combined with the many other Server Settings available, players keeping their inventories can create a stress-free and relaxing server playstyle.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Config Files tab and choose Server Settings.
4. On the KEEPINVENTORY= line, enter 1 to lose items or 0 to keep items on death.
5. Press the Save button.
6. Start the server.
