1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Config Files tab and choose ST Server Config.
4. From the Enable Public Server dropdown, choose Enabled.
5. Go to the Startup tab.
6. Take note of the Server Name.
7. Start the server.
8. While in-game, press F2 or Right-CTRL on the keyboard.
9. From the UI panel, choose Connect.
10. Select Public Servers. Edit the search filters to reveal all servers.
