Satisfactory has received an experimental update to allow mods on dedicated servers. This feature is available on the stable branch, and more support will likely follow the Full Release. Players can use the official Satisfactory Mod Manager/Loader to browse and install mods that work on dedicated servers using an extremely user-friendly interface. The manager even has an included compatibility filter, meaning only mods working for dedicated servers will be shown.
Requirement: Client mods and mod versions must match the server mods.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Files tab.
4. Select SFTP.
5. Download Satisfactory Mod Manager here.
6. Launch the mod manager and select Manage Servers.
7. Select SFTP from the dropdown menu.
8. Fill in the credentials from step 4, leaving path empty.
9. For host, delete sftp:// and port from the beginning and end of the string.
10. Once the server is recognized, choose Add.
11. Select the server from the Game Version dropdown in the top-left.
12. Ensure that the mod list is set to filter Compatible mods.
13. Choose a mod and press the Install button.
14. After the mods are installed, start the server.
Note: Use the mod manager to install the same mods on the client.
