The standard multiplayer Convoy mode in Euro Truck Simulator 2 officially supports a maximum of 8 players in a single session. However, it is possible to see and join servers with higher player counts by manually adjusting the game's configuration file, which allows the game to display these larger servers in the browser. Remember that for everyone to join and see these higher player count servers, each player needs to make this configuration change in their game files.
1. Locate the Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder from the user's Documents folder.
2. Open the config.cfg file.
3. From the uset g_max_convoy_size "8" line, change the value to "128".
4. Save the config.cfg file.
