Enshrouded has many available armor sets that serve a mostly cosmetic purpose. While some stats are relatively impactful, they tend not to vary much from piece to piece as long as they are acquired from enemies or areas similar in level. The guard of the north set has fantastic base stats, however, it also has some fairly important drawbacks that allow players to spend less time in the shroud. This armor set, however, is the only armor in the game with an associated achievement for acquiring it.
Note: The Guardian of the North set Reduces the amount of time a player can spend in the shroud.

Guard of the North Helmet
1. The set helmet can be found in an Abandoned Tower east of the pike courtyard.
2. Mine through the shroud material to access the Balcony, where the helm can be looted.
Guard of the North Chestplate
1. The chestplate can be found inside a Crypt Building within the imperial gardens.
2. Head to the bottom of the crypt and open the Sarcophagus containing the chest.
Guard of the North Pants
1. The pants can be found within Pike's Port and are located Underground.
2. A chest containing the pants can be found at the bottom of the tunnels.
Guard of the North Gloves
1. The gloves can be found near the center of the fortress, next to a nearby Shroud Root.
2. Defeat the Fell Thunderbrute boss and loot the nearby chest to acquire the gloves.
Guard of the North Boots
1. The boots can be found on the Shanty Shacks' southern end, located inside the tower.
2. Climb the tower and loot the chest at the top to acquire the boots.
