Empyrion - Galactic Survival has a convenient blueprint-saving feature that allows players to store selected ship layouts and build them from many default options. These blueprints are also widely used for modded ships and are a great way to get a Beginner Ship. These blueprints will require lots of resources and potentially a factory for larger vessels, as they will take longer to construct. Blueprints can be actively updated as well which allows players to continually evolve their designs.
1. Ship Blueprints are premade ship designs that are accessible by pressing F2 or navigating to the Blueprint Menu.
2. To Save a ship as a blueprint, look at the desired ship and press F2.
3. The resources required and ship info will both be displayed in the menu that appears.
4. Choose Save as to save the ship as a blueprint.
5. Give the blueprint a Name and confirm by pressing Save.
6. Saved blueprints can be placed in the world by choosing Spawn.
7. Blueprints can also be sent to Factories, which are then constructed from the Factory tab.
8. After selecting spawn, place the ship in a clear area.
9. Ships can only be spawned and built if the appropriate Tech Tree Recipes are unlocked.
