Palworld servers have multiple configuration options that can drastically affect the speed and feel of a server. Due to the nature of single-player vs. server saves for Palworld, some settings may not be adjustable normally; however, creative users in the Palworld community, such as 'legoduded,' have created a workaround that uses a single-player saves options file for configs on a server. This allows certain settings, such as the maximum number of workers per base, to be adjusted beyond their normal maximum.
Note: Make backups locally to avoid losing any necessary files.
1. Open the PalworldOptions website.
2. Set any desired server settings. Descriptions for each setting can be found here.
Note: The use of this tool allows BaseCampWorkerMaxNum to be increased to 20 instead of the usual 15 maximum.
3. On the Import Settings menu, paste the contents from an existing PalWorldSettings.ini file to use existing settings.
4. Choose Generate WorldOption.sav from the bottom of the page.
5. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
6. Stop the server.
7. Go to the Files tab.
8. Find the following directory: /Pal/Saved/SaveGames/0 .
9. Open the world folder. The folder name will vary.
10. Upload the WorldOptions.sav file.
