1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Config Files tab and choose Blacklist.
4. Enter the desired SteamID64 in a new line. Learn how to find the SteamID64 here.
5. Press the Save button.
6. Start the server.
