Changing the day and night cycle length on a Necesse server offers a tailored gameplay experience that can impact various parts of the game. Longer days can benefit players who prefer extensive exploration and building, providing more daylight hours to accomplish tasks without the threat of nighttime dangers. Conversely, extended nights can increase the challenge, forcing players to contend with hostile creatures longer and emphasizing the importance of base defense and resource management.
