Assetto Corsa has many mods available for the modded support client, a special install with helpful and commonly used mods such as AI. The external Content Manager mainly manages Assetto Corsa's modded client, allowing users to modify their game files and connect to the server quickly and easily. AI Racers have a special process to enable them on a server, requiring users to upload the AI data from local tracks onto a server.
Note: AI Racers are only available for the Assetto Corsa Modded client.
1. Right-click Assetto Corsa in Steam and choose Manage to Browse local files.
2. Navigate to the desired track folder. There should be an ai folder present.
Note: If the
aifolder is missing, choose another track or download the ai data from a Modding Site.
3. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
4. Stop the server.
5. Go to the Files tab.
6. Choose the cfg folder.
7. Open the extra_cfg.yml file. If it is not present, start and stop the server.
8. From the EnableAi line, set the value to true.
9. Press the Save button.
10. Open the entry_list.ini file.
11. Add the following line to any car sections to designate them as AI drivers: AI=auto .
10. Press the Save button.
11. Return to the Files tab and find the following directory: /home/container/content/tracks .
12. Open the folder of the desired track from step 2.
13. Upload the ai folder from step 2.
14. Go to the Config Files tab and choose Server Settings.
15. Set the track from step 12.
16. Press the Save button.
