Adding mods to Minecraft allows players to explore the game in new ways. Minecraft has maintained popularity for years; much of this can be attributed to the massive modding community, which has created and supported mods since the game's release. Mods can change almost any part of the game, with developers commonly releasing modpacks, which are extensive collections of mods that are compatible with each other. Users may also want to update their modpacks as new Minecraft versions become available manually.
