Mordhau servers can have many players, depending on server RAM, to compete in large-scale medieval battles. The player cap and other settings, such as player/team Damage, can be adjusted from the server config menu. Setting a lower player cap can be especially useful for dueling or tournament maps.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to Config Files > Server Config from the left sidebar.
4. On the MaxSlots= line, set the value to the desired number of players.
5. Once finished editing, choose Save.
6. Start the server.
