A private Left 4 Dead 2 server offers several advantages for players seeking a tailored gaming experience. 1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Files tab.
4. Find the following directory: /home/container/left4dead2/cfg .
5. Open the server.cfg file. If not present, learn how to create one here.
6. Enter the following with the desired SteamGroupID separated by a new line. Learn how to find SteamGroupID here.
sv_steamgroup SteamGroupID
