Duplicating a profile for American Truck Simulator can allow players to separate their progression with friends. This allows users to play with friends without worrying as much about finances and progression while keeping their already earned progress. This frees up players to abandon contracts or do other actions that could be fairly costly, creating a fun environment to play with friends. For users looking to play only with friends on dedicated servers, setting a server password is required.
