4. Copy the Collection ID.

8. In the mod.io Collection ID field, enter the Collection ID from step 4.

9. Set Use Subscribed Mods to Disabled.

How to Install UE4SS Mods on an Abiotic Factor Server

1. Download the desired UE4SS mod.

2. Extract the .zip file into a new folder.

3. Minimize the mod folder to use later in the tutorial.

4. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.

5. Stop the server.

6. Select the Settings tab and choose Mod Settings.

7. Set Enable UE4SS to Enabled.

8. Start the server.

9. Once fully started, stop the server.

10. Go to the Files tab.

11. Find the following directory: /home/container/AbioticFactor/Binaries/Win64/ue4ss/Mods

12. Upload the mod folder from step 3 into the directory.

13. Open mods.txt.

14. Enter the following in a new line: <modname> : 1

15. Press Save.

16. Start the server.

How to Install UE4SS on Abiotic Factor

1. Download UE4SS here.

2. Extract the .zip file into a new folder.

3. Minimize the folder to use later in the tutorial.

4. Open File Explorer.

5. Depending on the game installation, find the following directory:

• Steam: Steam/steamapps/common/AbioticFactor/AbioticFactor/Binaries/Win64
• GamePass: XboxGames\Abiotic Factor\Content\AbioticFactor\Binaries\WinGDK\

6. Transfer the UE4SS files from step 2 into the folder.

Note: Verify that dwmapi.dll and the ue4ss folder are in the same directory as AbioticFactor-Win64-Shipping.exe.

7. To install UE4SS mods, extract the folders into the following directory: \ue4ss\Mods\
